If you ever wanted to drive on water, this is your chance!  Frozen water, that is... Firecracker hats, art shanties, the works for this procession.  Oh, yeah, and, it's really, really cold!  But all are welcome to join the natives.

This parade is by invite only, BUT, everyone is welcome to join the festivities of the day which include: a festival after the parade, a big ol' Texas BBQ, with junto bands and open bar.

SACBO is part of the Fremont Fair.  A mostly stationary event, but artcars get their procession time in as well.  Fabulous hosts and parties and costumes!

ArtoCade follows only Houston as the second largest art car event in the nation with 100 entries each year, and growing.  They know how to treat artcar artists, and the party never stops.  Cardango and the procession for the local prison inmates are highlights of the event.  Also, Artcartopia has a new home!
